Peeling Method
Attach a special blade to the stripping machine! Smoothly strip waterproof materials and flooring materials with low vibration!
The "peeling method" is a technique that removes flooring materials using a special blade attached to a peeling machine, allowing for the removal of adhered flooring materials, waterproofing materials, and more. There are types that use micro-vibration at the blade tip and non-vibration types, allowing for the selection of machines based on the application. It is now possible to reliably peel off urethane waterproofing, as well as P tiles and resin mortars that have been strongly bonded with epoxy adhesives, which were previously difficult to remove. Residual adhesives and primers are completely removed using a combination of cutting methods and shot blasting methods. 【Features】 ■ Uses blades with peeling widths from 150mm to 370mm ■ Achieves high power with a low vibration design ■ Allows for peeling and removal without damaging the substrate ■ Offers a variety of power sources including motors, batteries, and engines ■ Large machines enable construction over large areas in a short period *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
